FAQs
How often will I be billed?
If you're on a weekly plan, invoices are sent out every Monday and due by that Friday. For monthly plans, you'll be billed on the same day each month based on when we signed your paperwork. This keeps things simple and predictable, no matter which plan you’re on.
Can I change my service plan?
Yes! You’re welcome to adjust your service level based on what you need—either week to week or month to month, depending on your billing cycle. I know needs can shift, and I’m here to help you stay flexible.
Do you come in to take pictures and videos, or do I have to do that?
That’s totally up to you. I have a collaborative work style—especially with social media—so the more content we can gather, the better. I’m happy to stop by in person to capture photos and videos, or we can work with what you send over. Either way, we’ll make sure your content feels real and true to your business.
What if I already have social media accounts set up?
That works just fine. I’ll just need access to your existing accounts to get everything set up on my end. From there, I’ll make sure everything stays on brand and consistent moving forward.
Can you run ads or boost posts?
Definitely. If you want to run ads or boost content, we’ll talk through your goals, and your ad budget will just be added to your regular invoice. I’ll take care of the rest so your campaigns stay aligned with your brand.
Do I need to have a content plan before we start?
Not at all. If you already have one, great—we’ll use it to guide your posts. If not, I can help create a plan that fits your goals and brand voice. We’ll keep things flexible, collaborative, and tailored to what feels most natural for you and your business.
